This is a call center position. Main duties include: Schedule/Dispatch Interpreters Answering all inbound calls Resolving client issues as necessary Make outbound calls to contractors Provide Excellent Customer Service Enter Information Accurately Candidate must be comfortable with inbound and outbound calls. (No Sales)

Job Requirements: Basic knowledge of computer systems and MS Office Prior Customer Service or Sales experience Ability to communicate effectively and think on your feet Experience in overcoming light objections Preferred: Associates or Bachelors Degree Appointment Setting experience Call Center experience 2yrs of Customer Service background Able to type at least 30wpm
