    Job Description

    We are seeking a Chargeback/Disputes Specialist to join our team. Galileo Processing is the technology leader for payment processing including credit, debit and prepaid card programs. In short, we are a fun, stable company that is experiencing high growth. Duties and Responsibilities: ??? Able to follow Visa and Master Card rules/regulations to work chargebacks for unauthorized transactions and all other disputes. ??? As needed, effectively communicate dispute resolution with customers. ??? Effectively identify chargeback related problems and issues by performing relevant research using the appropriate tools. ??? Read and analyze customer dispute forms/letters and process appropriate adjustments. ??? Communicate effectively and concisely with merchants and customers to resolve chargeback and dispute cases. ??? Provide feedback to management regarding necessary changes and updates; including policies, upgrades, and customer care issues. ??? Work independently to accomplish tasks while maintaining a good working relationship with co-workers. ??? Maintain and promote a positive attitude while meeting productivity goals. ??? Other responsibilities as assigned.

    Relocation costs may be covered.


    Qualifications: ??? Relevant experience in Chargeback/Disputes a must. ??? High School Diploma or GED ??? Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. ??? Excellent oral and written communication skills required. ??? Must be well organized with keen attention to detail with demonstrated effective follow-up skills. ??? Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks under deadlines.
