Mark Miler Subaru is currently seeking a qualified part-time customer loyalty representative (20-25 hours per week) to work with our team on customer follow up. Our goal is to maintain a high level of customer service with all customers that contact the dealership. Our dealership values honesty, integrity and fairness. Responsibilities: ???Customer follow-up for service, sales, parts, finance and body shop ???Use Auto Alert system to generate appointments with prospects/customers ???Use DealerSocket CRM for lease end portfolio management ???Ensure that ALL service customers are contacted and followed up on in a professional, consistent manner. ???Provide a phone backup for all dealership departments. ???Capture complete customer information and maintain accurate database. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: ???Knowledge of modern office procedures and methods including telephone communications, office systems, and record keeping ???Knowledge of telephone and email etiquette ???Skill to use a personal computer and various software packages. ???Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives ???Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems ???Sales or marketing experience preferred ???Excellent listening and question asking abilities ???Interest in growing with our organization
