Ignite Spot is a national outsourced CFO, bookkeeping, and payroll company. We have been experiencing rapid growth and need more bookkeepers to assist us in serving our new clients. We are looking for applicants who can work in our corporate office everyday. An applicant must be able to demonstrate Quickbooks skills at the interview. The following are some examples of what we need: - writing checks - paying bills - entering bills - invoicing customers - reconciling bank statements and credit cards - printing standard reports such as A/P and A/R - pass a background check upon being hired

In order to be eligible for a bookkeeping position applicants must: - have 2 years QuickBooks experience - Accounting Degree or Accounting Certification - have customer care experience - must have intermediate computer skills and basic knowledge of word, excel, and email.
