Serves customers by providing product and service information; calling patients in a timely manner, resolving product and service problems, thoroughly billing insurance, maintaining daily revenue goal. Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; billing insurance, providing exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to make customers happy.
This is a contract position.

* Professionally handle prescriptions for patients and ensure that patients are taken care of in a timely manner. * Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer insurance and other information needed to process prescription. * Educate the customer on product where applicable. * Document interactions billing software system and do follow up calls with patients in a timely manner. *Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas including; billing prescriptions, phone calls to doctors and patients, shipping, medical education on product. * Troubleshoot customer issues over the phone. * Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making. Handles issues in the best interest of both customer and company. *Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer's experience. * Responsible for hitting daily prescriptions processed and daily revenue goals.
