Candidate responsible for: maintaining and promoting hospitality at all times; will facilitate check-in and check-out of hotel guests in a timely and professional manner and process all payments according to established procedures; welcoming and serving guests in a courteous, efficient and friendly manner, both face-to-face and on the phone.
