A customer service specialist will be responsible for answering patients questions over the phone and in the office. They will coordinate and gather documentation from Dr's offices/Hospitals. They will enter new patient information into our computer program.
Relocation costs may be covered.
This individual will have a working knowlege of computer applications. Will have excellent customer service skills. Will have the ability to review medical records and understand medical terminology. Will work well with others. Will be self motivated and work well with others. Must be detail oriented
