Busy integrative Medical Office seeking Highly Skilled and Efficient Receptionist Our office is hiring someone who wants to be a long-term member of our Integrative, Innovative, and Preventive Medicine team. We are a progressive medical practice that offers Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy, Nutritional & Supplement counseling, and many other Wellness services. 3-year commitment is a must. We are a very busy medical office. Multi tasking, clear communication skills and patient satisfaction are minimal requirements. English, as a first language is a must. Applicant must be comfortable commutating with and assisting our patients, and greet patients with poise and enthusiasm both by phone and in person. Poise, Mature, professionalism is required. Your busy day would include much of the following: managing multiple incoming phone calls, patient requests, appointment schedules, rescheduling appointments, managing multiple phone lines at once, maintaining patient satisfaction, maintaining reception area, filing and retrieving patient records, scanning records, preparing patient information and charts, maintaining accounts, updating patient information, insurance benefit calls, collecting payments, and more. Applicant must optimize patients' satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization. Applicant must be able to recognize the basic functional flow of our office and schedule patients using our protocol. Accurate appointment scheduling is required. Applicant must be able to follow office protocols and take direction well. Applicant must feel comfortable working in sales. High-end sales and retail experience is welcomed. Customer service experience is required. Computer experience preferred. Medical office experience preferred. Insurance experience preferred. Applicant must feel very comfortable working with people, multi-tasking, and maintaining patient satisfaction. Responsibilities: *Provide excellent customer service in person and on phone *Manage multiple phone lines and multiple important activities simultaneously *Manage multiple provider schedules correctly and appropriately *Function as a friendly greeter on phone and in person: check in and check out patients *Collect and accurately document payments for office visits and office sales *Chart preparation, office visit preparation, appointment confirmations and changes *Function as liaison between other office departments *Feel comfortable with office and product sales This position requires a 3 year loyalty and commitment. This position starts at 24 hours a week at $9.50 per hour pay. Hours may increase with experience and job performance up to 27 hours a week. Pay may increase with performance and experience. No medical, sick, or vacation benefits.
