The receptionist/secretary will take incoming calls & messages, prepare needed documents for the Company, and respond to customer simple inquiries about the Company. The receptionist/secretary will carry out the bulk of Fine Concept USA's administrative work. Job training will be provided.
Relocation costs may be covered.
A self-starter, organizer, and good communicator--both written and verbal. Knowledge in computer and telephone skills required. Ability to speak and write Mandarin is preferred but not necessary.
