Located in downtown Salt Lake City, Aptivada develops social applications and provides social media training for hundreds of TV and Radio stations. Through great products and customer service, we empower our clients to grow and interact with their audience. The demand for our company's products and services has picked up A LOT, and we could use some extra help... that's where you come in. We are looking for someone to help with: --Answer all incoming calls --Assign customer service tickets --Confirm appointments/calls --Data Entry --You will spend a lot of time on a computer so we need someone who is tech savvy and up-to-date with Facebook, Twitter, etc. ** If you have any photoshop experience, that is a huge bonus! We help a lot of our clients with their creative and any design experience is a big plus. Our office is located downtown on Rio Grande right by the 400 South onramp and the Frontrunner/Trax station.
Relocation costs may be covered.
--Personable --Self-motivated & Optimistic --Ability to juggle multiple projects and requests --Ability to work independently and as part of a team --Ability to coordinate tasks and deadlines with other departments --Courteous and responsive in customer service --Attention to detail --Can navigate the social web (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) --Communicates well - via text, email and phone **Basic Photoshop/Illustrator experience (this is a bonus but not required)
