The Notary Law Institute needs a detail oriented, self-starting, friendly assistant office manager. You will be the face of our small company, and be heavily relied upon to contribute. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities ??? Answer phone calls for notary support, questions, order placement, etc... ??? Answer email ??? Ensure proper notarial processes are being adhered to according to various state laws ??? Process and prepare for shipment all website orders ??? Process and ship orders ??? Coordinate client requests with management ??? Ensure security and confidentiality of data ??? Order products through various suppliers and vendors ??? Monitor and maintain office supplies & inventory ??? Handle customer inquiries and complaints Key Competencies ??? Detail Oriented ??? Self-starter ??? Friendly ??? Communication/phone skills ??? Problem analysis and assessment ??? Teamwork and collaboration Education and Experience ??? 1-2 years of college ??? Proficiency in Microsoft Office (mainly Word, Excel, and Outlook) ??? Knowledge of accounting & data management procedures a plus ??? Type 40+ WPM ??? Notary experience a BIG plus ??? Basic computer usage and ability to use the internet a must ??? Chocolate-chip cookie making skills a huge bonus. Samples required.
