Our explosive growth means we are looking for the very best sales closers to meet the demand for our services. Absolutely no cold calling is required. In fact, all sales appointments are pre-scheduled with individuals and families seeking the solutions we offer. Our skilled Sales Associates meet with scheduled appointments using the Internet and telephone to introduce principles, present program options, and assist contacts in closing agreements. Pay and Benefits Successful applicants will receive competitive compensation including hourly wage, commission, and bonuses. Benefits are available for all eligible, full-time positions. Flexible schedules are offered between the hours of 7am and 10pm Monday ??? Thursday, 7am and 6pm on Fridays, and 8am and 4pm on Saturdays. Finicity is closed on Sundays.
