Adcentives West, Inc., a leading distributor in the promotional products industry, is currently looking for a qualified individual to fulfill our Receptionist position. We are looking for a detailed individual to work within our administrative and accounting departments.
Relocation costs may be covered.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities: -Answer and direct incoming calls. -Assist walk in customers with order pick ups and questions. -Assist accounting staff with Accounts Receivable. -Assist accounting staff with filing and other clerical duties. -Other Clerical duties as needed.
