This individual would be responsible for taking calls to increase customer satisfaction with the company and resolve customer concerns. Responsibilities for this position include: ???Taking inbound calls ???Designing individual goals ???Following up with clients via email and phone ???Giving descriptive presentations to customers to increase their knowledge of the product ???Maintaining and navigtating the organizations values and objectives This is a small, clean customer service center with a great team atmosphere.
