PURPOSE Serve as a primary contact between Candle Warmers Etc. (CWE) and assigned key accounts to support the achievement of Candle Warmers Etc. company sales goals and targets. PRIMARY REPSONSIBILITIES ???Drive sales to meet and exceed assigned sales goals and targets while ensuring 100% customer satisfaction. ???Create and execute timely account plans to achieve all assigned sales goals and targets, while maintaining all sales at wholesale pricing and minimizing discounts, returns and allowances. ???Schedule and maintain timely business reviews and planning meetings with each assigned account buyer on items specific to each account that align with Candle Warmers Etc. company goals. ???Develop relationships with all levels of assigned accounts i.e. Buyers, Assistant Buyers, Merchandising Managers, Planners, and Inventory Managers. ???Conduct Line Reviews with each account per the accounts direction. Introduce accounts to new Candle Warmers Etc. products and provide recommendations on how Candle Warmers Etc. products will enhance their category business. ???Develop and provide account reviews measuring all key objectives of assigned accounts to Director of Sales and other functional support teams within Candle Warmers Etc. Analyze, discern and communicate key issues and metrics to your internal Candle Warmers Etc. team. ???Ensure that all Candle Warmers Etc. functional teams (i.e. Product Management/Development, Operations, Logistics, Accounting, etc.) are aware of all account requirements for the successful delivery and marketing of Candle Warmers Etc. products. ???Provide assigned accounts with information on sales, productivity performance, changes to Candle Warmers Etc. processes and any market changes that will affect their business. ???Assist account in advertising Candle Warmers Etc. products to maximize sales results. ???Continually study and shop competition to understand Candle Warmers Etc. competitive position within each account. ???Collaborate with peers to ensure consistency nationally throughout sales operations. ???Maintain consistent contact with each account via face to face meetings, email, telephone and conference calls reinforcing Candle Warmers Etc. and account???s mutual goals and performance updates. ???Work with account buyers and merchandising managers on account displays/modular???s/plan-o-grams for all account locations. ???Train and educate the buyer on the value proposition for their customers to purchase Candle Warmers Etc. products. Assist buyer in developing and communicating the Candle Warmers Etc. value proposition deep into their organization. ???Facilitate the start up of new national, regional, and or specialty distribution. ???Ensure that all departments at Candle Warmers Etc. are doing everything they can to service your accounts by fostering good communication and rapport with each department. ???Staff and support company trade show booths as needed (4 to 6 times a year).

It is anticipated that as your account base grows and develops that travel will be a regular occurrence. Position Qualifications: ???5+ years business to business sales experience (gift industry preferred) ???Must possess strong analytical skills and the ability to solve practical problems ???Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. ???Must be a quick learner who excels in a rapidly changing environment ???Must be detail oriented ???Excellent verbal and written communication skills ???Bachelor degree required ???Familiar with Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word (familiar with Sales Force preferred)
