The Director of Marketing is responsible for developing and establishing the Scoreboard Sports marketing programs and translating marketing strategies into retail execution in order to drive customer interest and traffic that supports sales and profitability goals. This position monitors, reviews and analyzes financial metrics, marketplace trends and customer-based factors to capitalize on retail marketing opportunities. The Director of Marketing ensures that marketing initiatives are integrated and implemented across retail, team and web to ensure a consistent brand image and maximizing customer interactions. Strategy Development and Execution Develop and manage customer lifecycle marketing program driving measurable incremental purchases from customers. Develop integrated marketing plants that engage with customers through various methods including advertising, PR, grass roots, events, social media and loyalty marketing. Provide tailored retail promotions based on customer insights to drive profitability and growth. Develop and manage the brand initiative calendar. Lead the new company design and branding efforts Analysis of Metrics Ensure that analytical reports are properly utilized to gauge effectiveness of marketing efforts and incremental lift of marketing programs. Translate customer and shopper feedback and trends into effective retail promotion programs that are consistent with brand market strategy. Evaluate market research and suggest adjustments in marketing strategy to meet changing dynamics and competitive conditions. General Act as primary point of contact for all marketing operational and support services; accountable for performance and availability of marketing resources. Maintain a professional relationship in the retail and marketing industry and build a solid network of external contacts. Develop and present quarterly updates to the board of directors in conjunction with the rest of the managers of each revenue stream. Develop modular short and long term market strategies linked to retail store, web and team and building sales and revenue objectives. Create customer segmentation strategy to increase profitability and lifetime value of the customer through our loyalty program. Manage overall brand marketing calendar to drive customer traffic to stores and website, tell a cohesive brand message and drive sales and profitability.

Excellent writing skills required. Bachelor???s degree in marketing, advertising or related field Experience in retail required. Strong direct marketing experience including email, direct mail and loyalty marketing Broad interactive marketing experience including social media, mobile and ecommerce Proven problem-solving and analytical ability Proven leadership and motivational abilities Project management skills including the ability to organize and manage multiple projects at the same time. Excellent written and verbal communications skills
