This is a contract position.

This opportunity requires outbound calling to equipment companies, contractors, suppliers and several other contacts. The ideal candidate is outgoing, extremely organized and detail oriented. Equipment and product deliveries to our teams across the country will require virtually constant attention and expediting.The ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines is necessary. Flexibility and a positive attitude will be helpful in supporting our diverse team. Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communications to interact with co-workers, customers and vendors. Proficiency in Microsoft office, Excel and Google Apps is preferred.
