Position: Sales & Business Development We are a small but fast growing property management & investment firm with our headquarters in Salt Lake City. We also provide maintenance, repair and remodeling services, as well as landscaping and lawn aeration for clients. We have been in business since 2008, and have great reviews from our clients. ==== The position ==== We are in immediate need of a new high energy Sales & Business Development Manager to work in our fast-paced environment. This is a great position for someone with great sales skills, an independent spirit and superior work ethic. We are NOT looking for someone with high pressure, used car salesman style experience. We practice soft selling the benefits of our various services ??? we want people who can solve our clients problems and meet their needs. The successful candidate will be better at listening to our potential clients actual needs than trying to tell them what those needs are and blabbing on about only our features. This is a great opportunity to sell multiple services, often to the same client ??? you will never have two days the same or be bored with selling the same old boring product nobody needs. Set your own hours: the harder you work the more you will make. You will be based out of our Salt Lake office and focus on Salt Lake City, with the downtown area as your core. Your responsibilities will include: Sales & Business Development Tasks - Network with the local real estate community to develop new leads and clients - Appointments and presentations (formal & informal) to prospective clients - Appointments and presentations to referrals sources - Preparation of marketing materials & brochures - Website management and marketing campaign implementation o Active and passive lead capture programs o Drip campaigns - Advertisement development and implementation Compensation - $15.00 per hour to start for office tasks such as: o Presentations o Preparation of marketing materials o Managing marketing campaign - Commissions based on new clients and number and type of unit - Residual passive income from new clients brought in
This is a contract position.
Relocation costs may be covered.
Necessary Skills - Organization skills & detail oriented - Advanced internet & computer skills (MS Office etc.) - Strong sales skills o Personality o Presentation o Customer service o Responsibility & ability to follow up as stated The preferred candidate will have college or university level education and previous successful sales experience, along with outstanding sales , organization and customer service skills.
