We are in need of an experienced Finance Specialist, and willing to train the right candidate! The Finance Specialist is responsible for analyzing credit profiles, conducting customer interviews, presenting approvals and programs, and securing and maintaining vendor and dealer relationships. Employee is responsible to complete task in an efficient manner, therefore maintaining mutually beneficial business to business relationships. Employees are also responsible to ensure Aztec Financial, LLC provides a high-quality level of customer service to all customers, including vendors and applicants. Position requires incoming and outgoing telephone communication, including calling potential customers, current applicants, and membership lists. We offer competitive pay and advancement opportunities as well as a full benefit package! KNOCK! KNOCK! ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Analyze Credit Profiles ??? Assemble and analyze credit profiles of applicants, including personal credit reports, business filings, bank account information, financial statements, and tax returns. 2. Conduct Customer Interviews ??? Initiate customer conversations to secure targets for approvals and secure additional information. Communicate program standards and restrictions to customers. Accurately convey information between each customer and the Underwriting department. 3. Present Approvals and Programs- Present underwriting decision to customers and overcome objections. Requires an understanding of current financial market, equipment restrictions, areas of flexibility, credit and financial statement reporting, and tax benefits. Demonstrate an ability to offer creative solutions and initiative to increase customer satisfaction. 4. Vendor and Dealer Relationships ??? Securing, developing, and maintaining relationships with vendors and sales representatives. Contacting potential vendors in need of financing for their customers. Effectively presenting our company and programs while overcoming industry assumptions and objections. 5. Data Accuracy and Integrity - Ensure the accuracy and integrity of transactions, including identifying, researching, and analyzing the different nuances of each transaction and ensuring all documentation is correct and relevant. 6. Complete task in an efficient manner, therefore maintaining mutually beneficial business to business relationships. 7. Provide customer service and timely communication to vendors and customer associated with transactions. 8. Incoming and outgoing phone communication, including calling potential customers, current applicants, and membership lists.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: ??? Associate Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field or equivalent experience. ??? At least three years of experience working in an office environment. ??? Must pass an extensive criminal background and drug test. ??? Must type at least 45 WPM and have excellent Word and Excel Skills. ??? Communication ??? written and verbal, finance, lending practices, customer service. ??? Accuracy ??? data entry, detail oriented ???
