General Summary of Position The Customer Service and Sales Support Manager will oversee a small team to provide excellent sales support and dealer/customer service. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Oversee and ensure accuracy, accountability, and timeliness on: ??? Customer database ??? Field rep in-house contacts ??? Dealer network support ??? Tradeshow support ??? Incoming calls/emails/inquiries ??? Inbound orders ??? Data input and management of invoices/shipments/inventory ??? Internal issues for sales force ??? Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities ??? Ability to speak English and clearly communicate with team ??? Manager capable of instilling and reinforcing disciplines, and building and holding accountable a team ??? Computer proficiency in customer database and MS Excel ??? Problem solving skills with customers, sales reps and other departments ??? Excellent organization skills and attention to detail Education and Experience Requirements ??? 3+ years of customer sales support and customer service. ??? College degree preferred
