As a Subcontractor Solutions Portfolio (SSP) Software Marketing Manager, you will use your various B2B marketing disciplines to conceive and develop innovative, results-oriented programs that drive demand and help take new software products to market. Responsibilities: ??? Demand Generation: Plan, monitor, and measure, either independently or with Sales Manager and Product Manager, marketing campaigns across multiple product lines and target segments to generate high-quality leads for the sales teams. ??? Event Marketing: Plan, develop and execute online and field events to drive leads and brand awareness. Evaluate and select third-party and in-house programs and managing them start to finish. Including mass emailing to customers and the preparation of displays, equipment and media (design, proofread, print, package, ship, track, assemble) while coordinating team???s travel and daily event schedules. ??? CRM Management: Manage the creation of campaigns and input of sales leads into in-house system, distribute them to and work with the sales team to ensure follow-up. Track and run regular reports on various aspects of the lead cycle as well as marketing results, measuring ROI of marketing initiatives. ??? Public Relations: Help manage PR calendar, update website and media outlets and notify analysts of news. ??? Content Management: Help oversee collateral materials, which includes website and ???how-to??? videos. Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate product roadmaps and technical capabilities into features/benefits are crucial. ??? Product Marketing: Develop tailored content for sales presentations, demonstrations, datasheets, white papers, customer and case studies that highlight value proposition. Develop the strategy and manage the marketing programs that drive demand for products.

??? 5+ years of software product marketing experience ??? Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously within compressed timeframes ??? Ability to quickly grasp complex technical and business concepts and express them clearly, both verbally and in written materials ??? Proven ability to design, develop and implement both strategic programs and supporting tactics ??? Superior organization, planning, writing and interpersonal communication skills ??? Creative, energetic, independent, self-starter with strong goal-directed manner and maturity ??? Comfortable working independently and with Sales and Product Management
