As the Primary Responsibilities ??? Answering phones before 3rd ring. ??? Greet customers as they come into the office. ??? Sending requested industry packets, usage and samples. ??? Ordering all office supplies ensuring at least one extra item is always on hand. ??? Outgoing Mail -stuffing, metering, taking out and daily check chart. ??? Incoming Mail- opening, sorting, and making copies of checks that come in. ??? Keep front and break areas organized and clean

Applicant must be very friendly with a good phone presence. Must be able to multi-task and work independently. Should have at least one year experience at same job. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Internet.
