Working with a fast paced, fast growing telehealth organization. Receiving inbound and placing outbound telephone calls. Providing excellent customer support. Working on member account retention and management. Communication with third party entities regarding customer needs. Dispatching medical responders.
Relocation costs may be covered.
Must have a successful employment history in customer serviced oriented occupations, preferably in a call center setting. Experience using common desktop applications, familiarity with navigational software a plus. Strong ability to multi-task; great attention to detail. Employer will provide EMD(emergency medical dispatch) training as well as CPR and HIPAA certification.
