Scoreboard Sports is looking for a full-time customer service representative to work in our Salt Lake City Warehouse facility. The customer service representative will be working in our web and e-commerce division and will be responsible for customer service, processing and fulfilling orders, assisting customers over the phone by taking orders, looking up tracking/order information and forwarding calls to appropriate departments. The CSR will also respond to and send emails to customers, handle customer returns and other office duties.
Relocation costs may be covered.
Previous customer service experience required. Fun and helpful personality, phone skills and problem-solving abilities are a must. Familiarity with Microsoft Office is a plus.
