We are a small, residential plumbing company in Salt Lake City looking to fill the position of an Office Secretary. This position mainly entails promptly answering the company phone to schedule any calls for plumbing service, and dispatching each technician to his appointments for the day on the most effective and efficient route. You will also assist with day to day responsibilities, including but not limited to, sending company emails, data entry, collections on past due invoices, tracking company information, special marketing projects, etc.
Relocation costs may be covered.
- Available during hours of 8-4, Monday through Friday. - Must have previous experience dispatching - Knowledge of plumbing industry preferred - Ability to operate and create documents in Word and Excel - Ability to navigate/train on computer
