Established company looking for an enthusiastic, customer focused, problem solver. We need a patient, friendly, customer service representative who desires a career in the employee benefits field. The job candidate must possess exceptional, friendly, customer service skills and be able to communicate clearly on the phone in English, Bi-lingual, Spanish speaking, is preferred. The job candidate must be able to work as a team member in a small, union friendly, business office environment, handling multiple day to day job duties while providing clear and accurate employee benefits information over the phone and in person. Drug free work environment, background check required. Starting pay over $15 per hour.
Relocation costs may be covered.
High school diploma required, some higher education preferred. The candidate should be familiar and comfortable with the following computer programs: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook (for email), Adobe Acrobat Reader and web-based programs accessed via Internet Explorer. Honesty, integrity, punctuality and a strong work ethic are required. Experience with medical, dental, and pharmacy terminology helpful, but not required.
