Essential Duties and Responsibilities Greet and direct visitors. Answer multiline phone calls and direct caller to the appropriate party. Receives, sorts, and forwards mail. Update multiple Excel Spread sheets. Assist with other various duties assigned. Knowledge and Skill Preferred: ??? High School diploma/equivalent ??? Experienced in customer service or as a receptionist ??? Familiarity with multiline phone ??? Mastery of professional telephone and interpersonal etiquette ??? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal ??? Strong computer skills, including Microsoft office, Excel, and power point. ??? Ability to manage projects and time effectively ??? Results driven and proactive, strong desire to own area of responsibility with excellence. ??? Demonstrate ability to work well with people. ??? Must be able to read and write English fluently. ???
