This important role helps conduct the smooth operation of a friendly and highly professional wealth management firm. We are a small boutique firm that strives to provide outstanding service and value to our diverse clients. This position provides client support through interacting directly with clients and back-office personnel. Regular responsibilities include client meeting scheduling and preparation, organizing office work flow, handling client requests, and providing support for all the activities within the office. The successful candidate will understand the financial planning process and will be a problem solving resource for the firm and our clients. This position will consistently follow the firm???s high standards of business and professional ethics. Responsibilities and priorities will change over time to meet the needs of the practice and can include other duties as assigned by the advisors.
Relocation costs may be covered.
Key Traits of a Successful Client Support Specialist include: - Organization and attention to detail - Ability to follow through on projects and assignments - Loyal, compassionate, and team oriented attitude - Effective verbal and written communication skills - Efficient time management with the ability to prioritize and multi-task - Ability to adhere to rules and regulations as required by firm and regulatory agencies - Positive attitude and sincere willingness to constantly learn and grow Education, Skills, and Other Designations: - College experience or degree preferred - 2+ years of similar experience - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word) - Must be able to learn and master several different software packages and programs - Already have or be able to study for and pass exams for securities and insurance licenses All employees of the firm must sign a confidentiality agreement and submit to a background check and fingerprinting. Compensation will be based on experience and skills.
