The Technical Support Specialist answers inbound calls from consumers and dealers regarding a range of products, from computerized units to basic hand-held devices. Duties will include testing and preparing products for shipping along with quality control checks.
Relocation costs may be covered.
Interact with customers in a polite, clear and concise manner over the phone and email. Have the ability to ask correct questions that will allow for accurate and efficient troubleshooting and problem-solving. Must be comfortable with computers.
