CSS corp is 15 year old company that supports over 140 technical companies world wide. One of our clients is Nest Thermostats (nest.com) We support their customers in setting up wireless internet connection/connectivity issues to their Nest devices as well as trouble shoot installing the Nest AP on the customers smart phone and everything in between.
Relocation costs may be covered.
Qualifications Excellent customer service skills. 1-2 years of experience as a customer service support representative Experience with phone support for initial computer setup or after setup troubleshooting. Technical knowledge of hardware & software troubleshooting. Strong understanding of operating systems. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Basic familiarity with general networking/residential networking technologies. Familiar with the functionality and repair of multiple browsers. Ability to install/uninstall software in Windows and MAC OS. Prior experience with printer and peripheral installation.
