We have an immediate opening for a dependable, motivated, experienced dental receptionist with excellent people and business skills. Must be available to work Mondays and Wednesdays 8-5 and expand schedule to Thursdays 8-5. Spanish speaking and experience with Easy Dental is preferred. Long term employment is desired for the right person. A working interview will be required. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU HAVE NO DENTAL RECEPTIONIST EXPERIENCE.
Our next dental receptionist will be competent in productive scheduling of financially arranged dentistry; will collect 98% of production; manage all aspects of insurance claims submittal and follow-up; call on delinquent accounts and will have experience in building a successful referral practice through internal marketing. The candidate will possess excellent phone skills and be able to resolve patient concerns. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU HAVE NO DENTAL RECEPTIONIST EXPERIENCE.
