The Real Estate Assistant provides a wide variety of administrative, organizing, communicating, office, client and staff support services to the agents and other parts of the organization. The environment is fast paced, requires the ability to multi-task and we are looking for someone ready to make an impact to our team. Qualified candidates will have had extensive experience assisting company executives and have exceptional organizing and listening skills. The candidate will be insanely detail oriented and will possess a high degree of professionalism. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Responsibilities: ???Managing multiple projects and tasks at the same time and not letting anything slip through the cracks ???Managing and protecting the agents time through strategic scheduling and prioritizing ???Preparing marketing and proposal packages ???Gathering and researching data from multiple sources on the web ???Prioritizing, responding, and following-up on emails ???Obtaining bids and verification for various projects and assets ???Coordinating and preparing property tours ???Preparing documents and leases for review ???Entering new client data into the proprietary team database ???Running work-related errands ???Assisting others in the office as directed ???Staying ???one step ahead??? of the team
