Dynamic new company is looking for an administrative assistant that also has some customer service experience. - Assist executives - Book travel for executives and sales staff - Track employee's paid time off and vacation calendar - Take and distribute meeting notes - Ordering office and shipping supplies - Keeping the break room stocked and clean - Answering incoming phone calls from customers with questions about products & taking orders - Opens customer accounts by recording account information. - Maintains customer records by updating account information. - Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's inquiry; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. - Accomplishes other tasks that may not occur on a regular basis.
Relocation costs may be covered.
Education: high school graduate, some college preferred Experience: 1 to 3 years -Great Customer Service Skills, fun & outgoing personality -Ability to learn about the product quickly -Problem Solving skills, Documentation Skills -Great Listening and phone skills ??? polite, patient, good grammar -Multi-tasking - you will be asked to do other clerical & light packaging work etc. -Computer knowledge, Microsoft Word, some excel, Outlook and ability to pick up new systems quickly.
