We are looking for someone to provide outstanding service to existing and new client customers and is able to create and maintain a high performing office. Responsible to provide administrative and clerical services and to ensure effective and efficient operation. Is able to work fully as a team to accomplish the overall objectives of the company. Full time position. Hours are Monday - Friday 9 am to 5 pm.
Relocation costs may be covered.
Great customer service skills needed. Reliable, dependable, cooperative and pleasant. Attentive to details and thorough in completing projects and works well with others in a helpful way. Must be able to multi-task and have good organizational skills. Perform general office duties, such as answering phone calls in a friendly and professional manner, shipping orders and scheduling. Administrative writing and verbal communication skills, Microsoft Office skills and previous experience with CRM systems a plus. Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
