Snell & Wilmer is one of the largest law firms in the western United States with more than 400 attorneys in nine offices. Our firm is currently seeking a full-time Legal Nurse Consultant in the SLC office to assist attorneys with medical cases, such as medical malpractice or products liability. The successful candidate will be an R.N. with a 4-year degree and substantial clinical experience, good organizational skills, and the ability to analyze medical files and provide clear information to non-medically trained personnel. Prior consulting experience and knowledge of expert witnesses are desirable but not required. Sample position responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Investigate medical claims, analyze and organize medical records, prepare chronologies, assist with expert retention and evaluation, and perform medical research. Note: This position bills time to specific case matters. Incumbents are expected to account for and bill their time.
Relocation costs may be covered.
Registered Nurse with a 4-year degree and substantial clinical experience.
