    Job Description

    DCWV Acq. Corp. is a Paper Crafting/Home D??cor/ Craft Jewelry company located in Provo, Utah. We are looking for a highly skilled Proficient in all aspects of MAC's IT Help Desk Support Specialist. We are looking for someone that knows in's and out's of MAC computers first and PC's second. Summary: The Help Desk Support Specialist is responsible for the daily operation, support, and maintenance of IT services and solutions while also providing end user support to internal and external users using various technologies. Must have proficient knowledge with MACs OSX.

    Relocation costs may be covered.


    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES  Administers and supports laptops, desktops,workstations, mobile devices, and applications.  Owns assigned projects and tasks within the IT Operations team.  End-User Support.  Log all help desk interactions and/or problem reports received via phone call or e-mail.  Supports internal and external end users by resolving trouble tickets funneled through the Help Desk as well as executive requests assigned by IT management.  Consistently provides clear and accurate information when communicating with end users.  On-call, weekend and after-hours support may be required to maintain systems and support end users.  Project a positive company image at all times.  Work with co-workers as a team to ensure success.  Other duties as assigned. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL  Associate???s degree (Bachelor???s degree preferred) or equivalent work experience is required.  Two to Three years of experience in providing end-user technology support. Must be proficient in MACs OSX and MAC hardware.  Windows OS. (Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8)  Windows Server. (2003, 2008, 2012)  Mac OS X. (Snow Leopard, Lion, Mountain Lion)  Microsoft Office. (Windows: 2007, 2010 Mac: 2008, 2011)  Office 365 for Enterprise.  Enterprise ticketing and asset management solutions.  Mobile devices. (iOS and Android devices, wireless data cards)  Antivirus and malware clients.  Computer components. (video cards, processors, RAM, SSD, HD)  Basic enterprise network knowledge. (network infrastructure, firewalls, proxy, VPN)  Polycom Phones and VOIP technologies.  Telecommunications wiring.  Strong interpersonal skills.  Good communication and documentation skills.  Demonstrate ability to learn and support new applications and technologies.  Ability to provide a high degree of service by taking ownership of projects, tasks, and trouble tickets.  Proactively identify and recommend updates or changes to existing processes, software, or hardware.  Value self-accountability by taking ownership of assigned tasks and projects.  Demonstrate the ability to complete initiatives and projects on time.
