General Statement of Job The Learning Development Specialist will utilize adult learning methods and presentation skills to develop online and offline training modules, on a variety of topics, including but not limited to, crisis management; enterprise resiliency; physical security; environmental, health and safety; emergency preparedness and response; and travel safety and security. Specific Duties and Responsibilities Essential Job Functions ??? Interview Subject Matter Experts (SME???S) to ensure content accuracy and relevance ??? Analyze instructional tasks and provide a clear GAP analysis as the basis for instructional content. ??? Design learning objectives that are measurable and relevant which are tied to analysis/objectives. ??? Utilize advanced instructional models and adult learning methods to design learning experienced that promote practice, retention, and application of new skills and knowledge. ??? Assist in the research to identify and evaluate instructional products. ??? Create training scripts for review by Program Development team. ??? Ensure consistency in training modules in regards to style guides, and templates. ??? Participate on global projects as requested. ??? Provide basic estimations of work schedule: total hours to complete a project, draft dates, review dates, final product dates and document and update regularly in Microsoft Project. ??? Partner with internal customers as a learning consultant to solve business problems in ways that meet the needs of all key stakeholders and the learner. ??? Facilitate in-person, train-the-trainer, and webinar sessions. Additional Job Functions ??? Perform other related duties and special project functions as assigned

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements ??? Bachelor???s Degree in Instructional Design, Adult Learning & Development, Training, or a related field is preferred. ??? Minimum 2+ years of experience with e-learning design and development. ??? Minimum 3+ years of experience with instructional design. ??? Additional certifications in eLearning/Instructional Design/ASTD preferred ??? Must possess strong written and oral communication skills ??? Strong time-management, organization, and intermediate project management skills required. ??? Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills ??? Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and SharePoint). ??? Ability to travel domestically and globally as required, on occasion.
