Administrative assistant, Office Assistant, Hard Worker. Scheduled 20 hours per week. Very flexible with schedule! $10+ / hr. Here are some of the duties for this position. This job requires a variety of skills: Some we can teach you; some we want you have when you show up. Primarily, it requires a great, positive attitude and a willingness to jump in and learn new things. General Job Duties: ------------------- -Assist with Event planning and coordination -Assist with basic Marketing Tasks - General office support (copying, sorting mail, prepare sales materials) - Collect time cards - Answer phones - Run Errands. (e.g., pick up supplies and deliver food to meetings) - Set-up appointments with clients and prospects - Update forms - Invoice clients - Send greeting cards to clients/prospects - Process paperwork for new clients - Create service tickets in our system when clients call -Assist with Quote generation -Manage users in our client management software -Assist with preparation for company meetings -Maintain Warranty Expiration information in our software for all Servers, PCs and Firewalls NOTE: This is an on-site position. Relocation costs may be covered.
Qualifications: --------------- - Computer experience - We're a technology company, so you don't need to fix computers. But the more experience the better. - Must be good with details!!! - Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills along with good verbal and written skills - Must have clean DMV record - Must have reliable car to run errands as needed - Must have a great attitude and easy to work with
