The Customer Service Representative's role is to provide quality professional customer service that consistently meets or exceeds Company standards of excellence and customer expectations. Location: American Fork, UT 84003 Pay: $10/Hour Candidates will be contacted only if they meet the criteria outlined below! Customer Support / Customer Service Representative Career Advancement Opportunities Hours: 8AM - 5:15PM Mon-Fri Experience: Must have 6-12 months call center CSR experience Excellent customer service skills/experience Work with several sku's of mail order catalog jewelry sales Up-sell capabilities Skills Required: Demonstrate strong verbal and written skills Reliable (demonstrate a good attendance history), Punctual, Ability to work Monday - Friday Basic PC and web browser knowledge, Ability to type 45-60 words per minute Strong familiarity Customer Support related calls Able to work with colleagues in cubical environment Ability to multi-task Communicate effectively with customers American Fork Call Center Job
