    Job Description

    The Customer Service Representative's role is to provide quality professional customer service that consistently meets or exceeds Company standards of excellence and customer expectations. Location: American Fork, UT 84003 Pay: $10/Hour Candidates will be contacted only if they meet the criteria outlined below! Customer Support / Customer Service Representative Career Advancement Opportunities Hours: 8AM - 5:15PM Mon-Fri Experience: Must have 6-12 months call center CSR experience Excellent customer service skills/experience Work with several sku's of mail order catalog jewelry sales Up-sell capabilities Skills Required: Demonstrate strong verbal and written skills Reliable (demonstrate a good attendance history), Punctual, Ability to work Monday - Friday Basic PC and web browser knowledge, Ability to type 45-60 words per minute Strong familiarity Customer Support related calls Able to work with colleagues in cubical environment Ability to multi-task Communicate effectively with customers American Fork Call Center Job

    Qualifications: Must be a US citizen (able to provide birth certificate or passport) High school graduate or equivalent Must be eighteen (18) years of age Must be able to obtain ADP II level of trust agreement Additional: Must be able to pass drug screen, extensive criminal background check, and credit check. Successful associates will be able to: -Provide excellent customer service -Listen patiently and understand the customers' needs -Communicate clearly and effectively
