Key Responsibilities and Job Description: Finicity is seeking to fill several full and part-time internal appointment Setter positions. Absolutely no cold calling is required. In fact, all appointments are prescheduled with individuals and families seeking the solutions provided. Setters call individuals who have requested a contact to qualify and set scheduled appointments for the internal sales team. Successful Setters have the opportunity to transition into Inside Sales Associate positions. Pay and Benefits: Successful applicants will receive competitive compensation including hourly wage, commission and bonuses. Benefits are available for all eligible, full-time positions. Flexible schedules are offered between the hours of 7am and 9pm Monday ??? Thursday, 7am and 6pm on Fridays, and 8am and 4pm on Saturdays. Closed on Sundays.
Relocation costs may be covered.
Education, Experience and Training Required: Qualified applicants must have a proven track record with direct sales. Strong closing skills are required. Applicants must be confident and have excellent personal and written communication skills. Basic computer skills are essential. All employees are required to pass a background check evaluation and must be eligible to work legally in the U.S.
