Mortgage banking branch seeking an office administrator/receptionist for their Draper Branch Key Responsibilities -General clerical duties including photocopying, mailing, expenses, receiving customers -Resolve administrative problems and inquiries for the office -Assist Processing department with administrative tasks -Maintain office supply inventories -Coordinate maintenance of office equipment and furniture -Liaison with building management company for day to day issues -Responsible for maintaining office financials and invoicing from vendors -Receive and direct visitors and clients Qualifications Minimum Education and/or Experience Requirements: -Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software, Microsoft Office applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint, QuickBooks (a plus) -1-2 years clerical and administrative procedures and systems -1-2 years of basic office management -Accounts Payable/Receivable experience -Successful candidate will have outstanding customer service skills and an easy going personality Please use this as an email address: firstname.lastname@example.org Compensation based on experience
