Be a part of an Inc 500 company who strives to assist and support their clientele. The responsibilities of our Customer Support position include answering phones, replying to emails, auditing accounts to ensure accuracy and retaining current customers. Our call center is a slower pace from a typical call center to allow personal attention to each customer. Several of the questions from our customers focus on simple technical support, transaction details, and PCI (security) questions. The out bound phone calls consist of welcoming new clients to Complete Merchant Solutions. Additional projects and duties will be given as needed.
Relocation costs may be covered.
Job Requirements: Call center experience is preferred but not necessary Computer Savvy Must be comfortable talking with customers and fellow Representatives over the phone Must be detail oriented and have the ability to follow through on key projects Can assist with retention of current customers Candidate should have good typing skills Roles and Responsibilities: Customer Support through answering inbound calls and emails Striving to retain customers who would like to cancel their account(s) Learning multiple systems in order to best help our customers Assisting our clients with a security questionnaire Some outbound calling to current customers welcoming them to the company Additional projects and duties will be given as needed Optional Benefits Dental Vision Health Insurance Paid Time off Holiday Pay Monday through Friday
