Full time Administrave/Accounting Assistant. Duties include but not limited to: AP/AR/Payroll. Will also assist with contracts & change orders. Prepare and track lien waivers and insurance certificates. Answer phones, file, and other office duties.
Relocation costs may be covered.
Experience with American Contractor Software a big plus. Construction experience preferred. Knowledge of excel and word is needed. Ability to work with subcontractors and vendors and maintain good relationships is of high importance.
