    Job Description

    We are a growing and well established Internet company looking for someone that excels at customer service, application technical support and has application testing experience. Additionally, the preferred candidate will also be able to train new customers/existing customers on products as needed. If you have a great personality, and are trainable and have a high aptitude for computers/Internet and are generally very tech savvy then we would like to speak with you.

    Relocation costs may be covered.

    Requirements

    We desire the following skill sets: - Patient, friendly and very passionate about product support and delivering excellent service - Very strong work ethic - Ability to learn technical concepts easily - Application testing experience - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) - Experience providing webinar trainings on products using GoToMeeting or other web conference software - Technical (very computer and Internet savvy) - Basic knowledge of HTML a plus, but not a full on developer - Knowledge of credit union and/or banking environment a plus We will train the selected candidate in our proprietary tools, but you must be able to grasp technical concepts and feature sets quickly. Once trained you will help provide all aspects of customer support and will be assisting with application testing to assist our development team with new projects. Additionally, during heaving customer training times you will assist in customer trainings for existing and new customers.
