START DATE: Tuesday, May 21st, 2013 AVAILABILITY: 6:00am to 12:00pm or 12:00pm to 6:00pm, Monday through Friday / some schedules may include a Saturday Position Description: ??? Respond to customer inquiries, resolves complaints and communicates appropriate solutions in a timely manner -- utilizing standardized scripts and procedures. ??? Assess the customer needs and appropriately informs customers about offers and available services. ??? Provide functional guidance, training, troubleshooting and other assistance to lower level staff. ??? Schedule work to ensure accurate phone coverage; monitors priority of calls and shifts escalated calls to provide quality resolution. ??? Prepare standard reports to track workload, call logs, response time and quality of data input. ??? Assist in planning and implementing department goals - making recommendations to management to improve efficiency and effectiveness. ??? Perform all other duties as assigned.

Successful candidates will be able to: Be 18 years or older. Possess a High School Diploma or GED. Ability to successfully pass a drug screen and background check. Ability to perform in a fast paced environment Solid computer knowledge
