Position Description Bridge Investment Group Partners, a Registered Investment Advisor and manager of several local Private Equity funds specializing in Real Estate, is hiring an Accounting Manager to assist with the recent growth of the company. This position will report directly to the Controller of the Fund and will be specifically focused on preparing the quarterly reporting in correlation with our third party administrator and our annual audits with Deloitte and Touche. General role and responsibilities include: ??? Assist Controller in developing and reviewing quarterly and annual consolidated financials for select investment funds. ??? Assist in financial audits and provide recommendations for procedural improvements. ??? Develop and maintain general ledger system to ensure accurate financial statement reporting. ??? Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close. ??? Review and approve transaction as needed. ??? Monitors and analyzes department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy. ??? Advise staff regarding the handling of non-routine reporting transactions. ??? Support Controller with special projects and structural development to scale up the company. ??? Work with others in the accounting department to ensure proper tracking of investments and distributions. ??? Work with Controller and CFO to manage annual audits. Assist in tracking and managing investor accounts coming in from foreign countries. ??? Coordinate with our third party administrator each quarter to generate international investor and financial statements as well as capital calls and quarterly profit distributions.

Qualifications ??? BA in accounting ??? Masters in Accounting or CPA preferred, Finance or Business is a plus ??? 3-5 years of experience in Fund Accounting ??? 3+ years of direct exposure with investor reporting ??? Experience with investor reporting for a private or public company or with foreign banking is a plus. ??? This position requires Extensive work with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. Advanced proficiency in Excel and using Excel formulas is required. ??? 3rd party administration experience is also a plus This is a position that would advance a career in real estate, investment company reporting, financial accounting, financial statement preparation, analysis, tax issue management, bank and debt reporting, etc.
