I am looking for a Secretary and an administrative Assistant for my office. I am in Real Estate Sales & Investments business. You must be a Quick thinker & very quick to act, Multi-tasker is an absolute MUST! You must be able to schedule my appointments, filing paperwork & Bills, travel within Davis County sometimes to see properties, talk to vendors and Tenants and schedule Appointments, Repairs, Interviews etc. You will post Ads on KSL.com & other places & take incoming calls. Follow through is a Must! Must be an EXCELLENT COMMUNICATOR!! Any Real Estate Experience is helpful. Should have good computer skills. Strong Telephone Experience is a Must! Bottom line ... I am looking for a versatile person who can Multi task & is good on the phone & knows how to get the job DONE!
This is a contract position.
