* Handle customer service escalation calls * Service in a timely and efficient manner while following established procedures * Remove authorizations, set pins, activate card * Work mantis tickets * Provide back-up support to Customer Service Managers * Meet and/or exceed performance standards and quality goals * Assist in managing the call volume queue * Participate with projects that may be assigned * Provide insight on day-to-day business strategies
