Job Description-Marketing Campaign Specialist ??? PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF you do not have at least three years producing marketing campaign results and implementing marketing campaigns (including internships). ??? Must be able to conceive, write and design campaigns using Adobe Suite products. ??? PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF you are unable to use Adobe Suite products or unable to produce campaign collateral independently, without the support of a graphic designer and copywriter. *** The Marketing Campaign Specialist is responsible for the creation and success of marketing campaigns. The Marketing Campaign Specialist ensures the constant flow and completion of the campaign life cycle. The campaign life cycle includes: 1. Target market analysis and identification 2. Campaign design (copy, graphics, creativity) 3. Campaign organization 4. Campaign scheduling 5. Campaign implementation, follow up and branching (changing the impression based on the response) 6. Campaign tracking, measurement and analysis The Marketing Campaign Specialist contributes to the company???s success by improving the response rate of campaigns, nurturing and creating top-of-mind with leads in the lead database, growing the front end of the sales pipeline, and generating a consistent flow of qualified leads to schedule appointments with. Desired Skills & Experience DUTIES: ??? Increases frequency and number of campaigns ??? Manages campaign life cycle and process ??? Conducts target market research including primary research through focus groups and surveys and secondary research to determine relevant buyers, needs, attitudes and practices of campaign target audiences ??? Manages Salesforce.com lead and contact data integrity ??? Works with the Marketing Director and sales personnel to analyze customer needs, identify new campaigns and determine campaign measurements and results ??? Manages project schedules for campaign design, development and implementation ??? Tests all campaign communication materials for clarity, recall, interest and target appropriateness ??? Coordinates marketing campaigns with sales ??? Coordinates or delivers training support to sales specialists on marketing campaigns, positioning and branding strategies ??? Develops necessary training for product and service launches ??? Coordinates and manages lead life cycle with sales ??? Coordinates digital campaigns ??? Reports weekly on campaign performance to the Director of Marketing SUCCESS MEASUREMENTS: ??? Reduced campaign process cycle ??? Number of campaigns executed ??? Average response rate ??? Total number of sales leads generated ??? Call to action responses ??? Cost of sales reduction ??? Reduced advertising cycle
