Style Consultants are passionate about clothing, menswear, and style. The Style Consultant position is either part-time or full-time, largely depending on your personal career goals. A part-time Style Consultant enjoys a flexible schedule with the opportunity to blend their fashion-sense with a part-time career that adds extra income for their household. A full-time Style Consultant is a sales professional who works to build a large base of clients who will ultimately provide the bulk of their income through repeat business and referrals. Some Style Consultants worked in fashion in the past, and are looking for a way to stay in the fashion scene. Others run a style blog, but have a job in a completely different industry and want to make extra money doing something they enjoy. Some Style Consultants are finishing their degree and are looking for a flexible career that is fun and helps pay the bills. Our team is diverse. And we???re looking for men and women that love working with clothing and are serious about offering a great customer experience to join our team. *What does a Style Consultant do?* Style Consultants spend their time meeting with New Members to style custom suits and clothing apparel, take measurements, and do in-person fittings. More engaged full-time Style Consultants spend time attending networking events and trade shows, visiting local businesses, and finding ways getting in front of prospective customers. The time that a Style Consultant works is dependent on the schedule they???re interested in keeping, so long as they can be available to their customers needs. A successful part-time Consultant can expect to work 15-20 hours a week, while a full-time Consultant will work between 40-50. *Why Style Consultants instead of storefronts?* When someone invests in custom they???re anticipating an experience as personalized as the product. When we meet with our customers we learn about their current wardrobe, their individual style, and fit preferences, and their personality - which allows us to create a product that is perfect for their needs. Not only does this provide an enhanced shopping experience, but it also eliminates the top 3 costs of retail: storefronts, inventory, and overhead. This means that we???re able to cover a larger geography than a storefront, but do it at fraction of the cost. These savings allow us to hire and keep the best Style Consultants and offer a better product at a lower price. *What is compensation like?* Style Consultants are paid on full commission, based on monthly revenue. We have a fun incentive structure that includes things like monthly massages, iPads, gym memberships, and free clothing. The average part-time Style Consultant will make between $15 - $40 an hour depending on their success building a customer-base, encouraging customer retention, and calling on referrals. Successful full-time Style Consultants can expect to make between $30-$50K their first year. With a full book of clients providing repeat business and referrals, a second year full-time Style Consultant can make well over $50K. *What is the process to joining the team?* We only hire Style Consultants in certain geographies, and it???s a competitive process to join. This is an independent position. Outside of occasional time spent with managers, you're responsible for your own success. Style Consultants are also responsible for the customer experience, which requires professionalism and a person who is reflective of our brand and culture. Those that are highly networked and engaged socially in their community, and know how to connect and work with new people excel in our environment. The necessary training and materials are provided for the right individuals to do well as a Style Consultant.

An ideal style consultant will be self-motivated, have a good sense of style, and enjoy working in the fashion industry. A large part of their success relies in their ability to build a clientele, so an out-going personality and the ability to network and meet new people is a must.
